Co-workers are hard-working, fun and play well with others.

Main manager is only happy being surrounded by yes-men. Customers or employees who have input are quickly squashed. Those who patronize management, may make it into the "elite clique". Those who don't, quickly become targets and eventually are shown the door. Zero appreciation and zero motivation from management.

Overall friendly clients. They had one very good clinician who they also let go recently. They told her that "we are just heading in a different direction".

Horrible high turn-over rate, lack of communication in the company, disappointed clients due to high turn-turn over, no follow-ups and no loyalty. They are more concerned about ways in saving money for the company (like firing employees unexpectedly) then providing great customer service for their clients. Clinicians' schedules constantly change and appointments are expected to work around their schedule rather then their hours of operations that is posted in their website. For clients that want their service, they should know that the hours are never consistent.
