      Small business so not for everyone Constant busy workload and need to have good time management Need technical experience and expertise and learn quickly

      - Office is in nice area. - Used to have coffee tabs (but recently taken away) - Salary market rate

      Cons

      - Poor time management and no planning in work deliverables means constant last minute stresses, poor quality output and late nights and working weekends (every week)! - Software is buggy as often releases rushed, so clients never happy and stress back on tech team. - No career path. No structure. No people management. - Management doesnt understand job profiles, end up doing anything that they tell you to do. - Management dont understand tech.
