      The only pro is that my team members were nice

      - Manage is unprofessional - The pay is very low - You are expected to work on the weekends - There is no job description and any task could be assigned to you even if it is related to another team - No HR dept. - Egoistic management - The company mostly hires fresh grads so there're no seniors to learn from
