      Nothing good about this company except flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      The company is rubbish, with an incompetent head of department — especially the Chief Legal Officer, who is basically just a bootlicker to the bosses. Contributes nothing useful to the company but still collects a fixed monthly pay cheque every month.
