Not good - Test Analyst EDMI Employee Review

Very bad higher management as they are least bothered about the team. Had worked in Wellington IT team and the manager + team was very unfriendly , full of internal politics and lacked team spirit. If you want to survive in the team then my advice is to become extremely ‘selfish’ else won’t be able to last long here. Also no career growth opportunities. No matter how hard you work, it will never get recognised or appreciated.
