Pros
Outside of management, the team were sound and we'd get high quality work done that I'd be proud of - when management wasn't in.
Cons
You can tell from a mile away that this place is poorly managed.
There is constant blame being thrown around, along with shouting and screaming from certain managers, which is never addressed.
People leave as quickly as they arrive, which seems to be how edge maintains a team – they just rinse through college students and apprentices.
There is no career progression, training, or support. Either you end up doing a multitude of tasks that you didn't sign up for, or you're sacked the moment they get the chance.
