Pros
Worked with some great people. Company culture is good, They try to have a lot of employee engagement type activities. Company leadership doesn't hire and fire the way other EPC do. They have some brilliant engineers
Cons
This coworker quote sums up why I left "thing are better than they used to be. She used to throw things in the office but they made her stop. Now we only get yelled at". I only got yelled at once but it was amazingly unprofessional and then I was ghosted and not spoke to for six months. I was never trained on how manager wanted policies done but was blamed when didn't follow. HR Manager actually told a coworker "you should know what I want".
