Toxic culture, terrible processes, a house of cards. - Senior Procurement Contracts Specialist EDF Employee Review

Barely any legal support on most of the contracts with suppliers, no consistency across teams and processes. Staff culture is abysmal, lots of finger pointing and bullying tactics. Took months before I was given my starter equipment. Business continues to email my personal address with confidential meetings despite me telling them to stop. My strong opinion is that any experienced professional who joins this business will be shocked at how basic the procurement processes are and how little support they are given to try and fix it.
