Pros
- Good pay (although the platforming system to improve your pay needs improving - you essentially receive the 'met expectations' increase regardless of how well you perform throughout the year)
Cons
- The diversity of the workforce and in particular middle and upper management is very poor. - Management was not supportive when dealing with metal health issues. - Management was not supportive when dealing with sexist comments. - I really struggled to get much work to do. A lot of technical work is completed by external contractors (particularly for new build). I only completed three pieces of technical work as an author in the ~2.5 years I spent with the company.
