-Fully remote -payment on time -a lot of communication between teams
Cons
- bad management - mid management senior lied about me dropping out of a call all of the sudden and used this as a base to get me fired :) . i got too many years in the SD for me to drop calls and be ok with it. - overtime not paid. - you'll be frowned upon IF YOU LOG OFF AT THE HOUR you're supposed to BY CONTRACT and not do a literal last minute task that is given to you.
