2 rounds of layoffs in the past 3 months, a massive layoff of nearly 1/3 of the company just a few weeks ago. No real direction from leadership, coupled with mismanaged and unaligned sales organizations will major failures in the marketing department and SDR team. A lot of these recent reviews, positive ones are coming from people who are extremely glad they made it through the layoffs, don't let that fool you, this is not the place to be until they figure it out.
