Engineering squads are too siloed. Should stir up squad membership after major Epics are completed to spread expertise. Full time remote working for all engineers is great, but there should be more effort to bring teams together in person a few times a year. The high population of architects is good - but there should also be All Engineering Season Retros and Roadmap Planning meetings a few times a year. So architectural input and direction can be gathered from everyone - especially the quiet ones! It would kill two birds with one stone to organise a few days biannually at a hotel for these.
