Coworkers. Occasional travel. 9-5. Really good snacks. Seems like they may be trying to improve the non existent culture.
Cons
Low pay in comparison to other Boston sales jobs. Management is all over the place. Policies and procedures are nonexistent. Not many sales managers are invested in the success of reps. If you arent part of the inner circle you can forget advancing.

- Most of the leadership lacks technical data expertise which creates friction in the sales motions and positioning.
- Currently a small total addressable market. EDB does not compete well with cloud competitors and primarily is geared towards on-prem Postgres in a market that continues to migrate to the cloud.
- High turnover across the sales org.
- Long, difficult sales motion accompanied by expectations for quick wins.
