      At first I thought this was a legitimate company and job

      Cons

      I worked here for less than 2 years because I didn’t want to job hop. It turned out that the employer would miss paying its employees and pay less than they were contractually obligated to pay. Also, they treat customers and employees badly. The owner is spiteful and an ego maniac. You were warned.

      Pros

      Team has very bright young talent who in many ways keep the company afloat. Work life balance easily maintained. Accommodating to emergency and personal issues requiring leave.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and stretched too thin. Leadership prioritizes vanity over running a successful company. Over reliant on federal contracts leading to shaky job security. Little to no direction given on projects and expectations resulting in projects staying in development hell. Would take weeks to months to receive approvals. No support from leadership or management on projects to achieve goals. Set up to fail.
