      Plenty, if you're a pretty woman.

      Cons

      Belittling and Condescending management, No correct training or learning curve in place. Lad culture with no time for outsiders.

      Pros

      I worked at ECS for 2 1/2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my time and experiences there. The training is structured and fair with plenty of scope for progression with support from management, and the social side offers plenty of incentives to succeed. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at ECS and I wholeheartedly thank them for preparing me for the next step in my career.

      Pressure on for out of hours work sometimes.

      Pros

      ECS is a great place to work! So many pros, I can’t recommend working for this company enough! Working for ECS is not like any other job. You go to work excited to start your day and leave at the end of the day with the same attitude. I enjoy the job I do and this is thanks to all the people at ECS! They are a great team and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
