HORRIBLE....BUT ALOT OF EXPERIENCE - Anonymous employee ECS Refining Employee Review

working at ECS you have no chances to move up in the company if your good at one job most likely that's were your going to be. NOT ENOUGH MONEY for the job they have you doing. Benefits are not that GREAT. The general manger and the operation manger are horrible half off the people there are been treated bad and scared to speak up. They have lost a lot of good people because of the management and the pay.!!!!
