Pros
The employees are this company are fantastic. They bring a variety of expertise to the table, and are extremely willing to collaborate and share experience with one another to improve each other's projects. There is no competition between project managers, as it feels you're all working toward a common goal. In addition, the company is very flexible with part time and remote work, and very understanding of family obligations.
Cons
Some of the systems in place can result in delays finishing a work product, as you a reliant on many other people to complete them, with a separate mapping department and publications review department. Sometimes this works great, other times it can be cumbersome.
