Pros

You can meet kind and intelligent people who would like to do anything better but there are too few of them.

Cons

Very toxic atmosphere in many teams. Management is only interested in making a quick income, no modern technology is introduced. Too many tasks are put on people. Many products are poorly described.

Constant compliance, AML, and scheme requirements can be stressful, especially in such a fast-paced environment.
