      The culture is brilliant - friendly, fun, hard working people. Never feels like anyone takes advantage and people enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Sometimes we run out of the good coffee and end up with this awful Nescafe instant stuff.

      The ECOM team was great to work with. They took care of the back office work and allowed me to focus on just working at the job I was placed at.

      I don't have a con to provide. Just know that this agency helps you find jobs, you must manager your own career.

      Pros

      Nice office location, worldwide base, free coffee, close to public transport, refitting office, get exposure to other countries and cultures

      Cons

      Nobody knows who is in charge or what the company results are. Very little understanding of roles and responsibilities. Generally known for paying poorly. We are all just overheads.
