      Good career growth, branching out into upstream operations, value based consulting approach, good mentorship program, good projects. They take an effort to accommodate consultant needs for location and projects. Clients in healthcare, retail, finance, manufacturing, marketing, operations, strategy, analytics, technology - so there is a good distribution of projects

      Long work hours, limited work life balance, some clients are very tough to work with, difficult to leave projects halfway
