Pros

Its a good company to work if you are a fresh graduate and are looking for a foot in the door in this field. Nice, spacious kitchen.

Cons

- Patronizing project managers (PMs) who openly berate you - Blurred line between work time and personal time (i.e. work follows you home) - Micromanagement from higher ups - Lack of trust from upper management even after months of experience (i.e.: a PM once asked if it really had taken me x amount of hours to work on a project as I had claimed on my timesheet) - Lots of talk, no action - Profit sharing scheme that was supposed to be introduced in 2021 was never introduced - Lots of virtue signalling from the owners of the company - No opportunities to grow within the company, as aforementioned: lots of talk, no action - Low pay

Pros

Great people. Flexible scheduling. Accommodating. Positive atmosphere. Lots of opportunity for growth. You get to go into very interesting places.

Cons

Flexible scheduling is a two way street. Positive atmosphere sometimes crosses into toxic positivity.

Pros

Great team of technicians and Project Managers. Great culture and diversity. Small to Medium sized company. Great for beginners.

Cons

Bad micro-management from Upper Management. Firing and letting go of people is really weird. It is not a good business acumen. 4-day work week won't work out in an Environmental Consulting Firm. It's a SHAM!! It can only benefit Upper Management staff, but not field level technicians. Upper Management wants you attend office even though the work is hybrid and can be done remotely. Client Management is really weird. Always looking for lucrative projects rather than welcoming every opportunity that comes through the window. Branding a small company won't help, unless you welcome all the opportunities. Yearly increments and EDP's are not satisfying. Christmas bonus is really depressing.
