Pros
1. All cliques are friendly and no issue if you are just doing your work. (No need for gossiping) 2. Good opportunities for interns or new workers who want new experience/ learns new thing
Cons
1. Fast Pace Working - need to be fast learners or left behind 2. Average Top Management - ok but a lot needs to be improved because sometimes they have some unarranged with their working SOP.
