      Pros

      If there's nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Twenty word minimum and still nothing positive to say about the organization. Fortunate 'no stars' isn't an option.

      Cons

      Alarmingly large alumni group for such a small organization. Lots of donor money to pay for partners, could be a pro. Plenty of free Coca Cola, could be a pro.

      Great mission & committed staff.

      Cons

      In many ways this is a vanity project funded by a wealthy business person who undermines the expertise of those hired. Basically a bad case of founder's syndrome.
