Wow - if I could give 0 stars I would. I am shocked this company is even on Glassdoor, and especially shocked to see the decent reviews. TERRIBLE work culture, BAD people... as someone who worked there for over a year, please take it from me and DON'T do business with or for this group.

Ooof, I would rather not brainstorm the list of ways in which ECI Development is a bad place to work. There is a truly toxic work culture here, especially if you're from the USA. It wasn't the same in Belize, but in Nicaragua the coworkers (with a few exceptions) are hostile toward you. It all feels like a weird power struggle. ECI Development also just don't really make sales? The focus is on getting investment $$ in the company and marketing the CEO as a stand-up guy (which he isn't). He flys around to investment conferences and basically gets investment to fund more investment. It's a really secret-heavy and volatile place to work. Also, the pay is terrible (if you are even paid on time). Use my bad experience to avoid one of your own and stay far away from this company.
