      There is alot of opportunity to make improvements. The production staff is fairly open minded when considering change.

      Cons

      Upper management runs on poor systems. Japan has a major influence on decisions and limits the staff in decision making. Strategic planning is absent among higher lever executives.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people I have worked with. Great culture and no overworking hours or overtime. HR supportive and nice, makes doing the job easy.

      Cons

      Nothing really I have encountered, hard to move up in Customer Service if you do not speak Spanish.
