      You start swimming from the deep end from day one, very little systems training unless you get lucky to come in during one the slow times.

      Some of the nicest people I have worked with. Great culture and no overworking hours or overtime. HR supportive and nice, makes doing the job easy.

      Cons

      Nothing really I have encountered, hard to move up in Customer Service if you do not speak Spanish.
