      not many that I can think of pay is under scale raises never are more then 2% no safety there no rules, free for all, no discipline HR is under one person no advancement opportunity you never know what's going on very cheap!!! they sell broken furniture to the employees for $5.00 nothing is for free

      little benefits no chance for a promotion no help with management Sr. management is off limits no follow up on any issues

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people I have worked with. Great culture and no overworking hours or overtime. HR supportive and nice, makes doing the job easy.

      Cons

      Nothing really I have encountered, hard to move up in Customer Service if you do not speak Spanish.
