      Payout for unused PTO....at least when I was there

      Cons

      Middle manager was an arrogant name dropper. Project was destroyed when manager REFUSED to listen to employees and then hired consultants that would tell him the same thing. When proved wrong, manager would insult employees by stating that what was accomplished wasn't really all that difficult.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people I have worked with. Great culture and no overworking hours or overtime. HR supportive and nice, makes doing the job easy.

      Cons

      Nothing really I have encountered, hard to move up in Customer Service if you do not speak Spanish.

      Wide variety of projects. Hands on and experience in modeling, drafting, prototyping and production.

      Engineering management. Bullying culture of making people feel insecure and small.
