World class experience, nice and family type company - Senior SAP Consultant ECENTA Employee Review

I gained oversea project experiences and travel opportunities around the world from Ecenta company. The project team spirit is there even though our team member is from different countries. The ecenta family spirit is strong enough to make people stay longer in the company. The boss is kind and nice where company trip is offered to EU or US and minimum to Singapore. Company benefit are a lot. For example 3 years renewable new laptop with high budget, winter cloth, CNY trip dinner/normal dinner with management, flexible working hours, working from home and project based bonus. One can earn alot from project bonus if hardworking enough. I personally prefer this kind of benefit. It really helps to encourage employee to work harder with return. But dont get me wrong the worklife balance is there. This is a good place to train up yourself as a techno functional consultant which doesn't limit yourself to either technical or functional. Beside that, the company will train you as an independent person when you travel to oversea project manage by your ownself.
