If you want to endure being shouted at, insulted in front of your colleagues, or see your work mates getting degraded, by all means, apply for the current job vacancy in communications. The high salary and working in public health might be attractive but there you might have to pay a higher price for witnessing or being subjected to verbal abuse and chaotic management. And this is continuously being tolerated by upper management.
