Pros
Lovely staff. Like really lovely in my store. That and my manager is the only reason I give more than zero stars to the company. Oh and there is a lot of training available.
Cons
Where to start... Awful communication between departments. Appalling organisation of online orders by the stores who actually send them out. Shocking pay for a "high end" company. Bad treatment of staff, not valued in the slightest. Head office just like to tell you you are but there's no action with it. Took bonuses away for only one department with no explanation as to why. Ignored by finance and HR. Given old, past it equipment/software to work with. Customers can be really nasty. Long hours.
