      Pros

      EC1 Partners gave me lots of oppportunity to lead significant global marketing projects. It is also a fun place to work with plenty of social events and supportive culture.

      Cons

      Very few cons... whilst I was there I was the only marketing resource so I also managed job board administration, which occasionally distracted from strategic marketing. This has now changed and there is additional resource for this.

Overall, a fantastic place to grow your career in fintech recruitment.

      High standards and expectations — which ultimately push you to perform at your best. Recruitment can be demanding — but leadership is supportive and invested in your success.

      None I can think of.

      Cons

      This place is an absolute mess. Unrealistic expectations for success with very little training/support. Turnover is EXTREMELY high. Easily the worst workplace experience in my career.
