Pros
Strong Comms structure Very flexible Unreal incentives Some really genuine and supportive people, some not so much…
Cons
-Great if you “fit in” or are “part of the family” or love football, not so great for everyone else -Lack of diversity and hardly any women or POC in leadership positions which is never a good sign -Not necessarily the most “PC” culture (putting it lightly), jokes and “banter” about protected characteristics and misogyny are not off the table on the open sales floor, usually led by one specific individual -No structured training in place at all apart from brief on-the-job training -Obvious favouritism, specific senior individuals should have been fired years ago but won’t be -Better than a lot of recruitment agencies but still not great
