Very much so! It's the worst environment I've ever worked in, there's no management, no structure, no coaching. Since it's a consulting company, you have to be profitable as an employee for the company. So you have to be billable, but with ECS you have to be billable, but there are no projects, no leads... Anyways, think twice before accepting their offer.
