Pros
A couple of nice colleagues although contact between each other is hindered rather than encouraged - Is OK for a short while when you need a (very) basic income
Cons
It's a callcenter, nothing more - Poor hourly rate and very irregular working hours - Heavy middle management structure which allows passing blame and not taking responsibility - Main purpose of HR seems to be cheating you out of agreed terms and conditions - Long term employees (including teamleaders) are there because they've got no other options and it shows
