Toxic and controlling management team that will threaten your job for following textbook methodologies for process improvement. No real idea how to commercialize a medical device company but will look at you like you are from another planet when you bring the experience of successfully having done so elsewhere. I witnessed mind boggling management direction and decisions made here that left me scratching my head and wondering what dimension we were in. I could never understand how on earth we were passing audits, both FDA and otherwise. Glad to be elsewhere and firmly back on planet earth.
