      Only pro was working remotely.

      Cons

      This was the absolute worse job experience. From top to bottom: the CEO has no experience in the media industry. HR is a complete joke. Culture is tiny and beyond toxic. I don’t even need to tell anyone to not come here-there’s no revenue coming in and it’s on life support. It’ll be gone soon.

      Once there, you realize there are no pros.

      Cons

      The CEO is strategically shallow, out of her depth, and lacks the skill sets and experience to lead a digital publisher in today’s modern marketing world. The head of Human Resources and People Ops is a complete nightmare, ineffective, and reactive, creating organizational risk and eroding trust. Employee conversations with HR are not confidential creating an unsafe workplace. Nothing is real, everything is substance-free, and a complete sham.
