Family atmosphere with good people who care about the quality of their work and respect the clients.
Cons
New IT management in 2017 is incompetent and created a very hostile work environment that in meetings involved physical threats against anybody who constructively expressed differences of opinion. My manager, who enjoyed frequent trips on the corporate jet, would often "joke" about having employees "serve" him during these trips.
