      Great Tutoring Experience! - Academic Tutor EBL Coaching Employee Review

      Pros

      I have been working at EBL Coaching for the past 5 months and have had a great experience. They provide all the necessary tutoring materials, are all very helpful and friendly and are happy to answer any questions I may have. They are very accomodating to my changing schedule and often email me with more students to work with. Overall, I am very happy working for EBL Coaching and recommend it to anyone interested in supplementing their income through tutoring.

      Cons

      They don't provide a travel stipend if you travel to the students home. Also the base rate of $50/hr was a bit low but they do provide you with all the tools you need so that is a definite benefit.

      The director is professional and experienced in the field of education. Her company is well established. Excellent educational materials are provided as well as training.

      Cons

      It would be great to receive a higher hourly rate over time.

      Flexibility of schedule, total autonomy, get to work with kids and watch them grow, what teaching should be!

      Cons

      Paperwork at the end of the month for billing purposes is a lot.
