      The agency is responsive to the needs of the towns it serves, and therefore can be flexible to those proposing innovative roles and services that meet such needs.

      Cons

      Just like many educational agencies and services, they struggle to keep a competitive pay for recruiting quality staff. I believe this is starting to improve.

      You basically can't get fired bc no one wants to work there.

      Pays lowest in the state schools are poorly run administration is incompetent schools hire pedos and weirdos consistently
