      Pros

      Independence to do your job but with great management backup. The company always includes it's staff in new initiatives and continues to lead the way.

      Cons

      The amount of work sometimes - but I suppose at least that shows that the company continues to be successful and growing

      Good industry recognition run by someone who knows what he is doing.

      Extensive travel at times but better that than nothing!!
