      Shine trucks with outrageous payments.

      There is so much that can be said about this company. Horrible dispatchers and if you're lucky enough to get a load you will probably still owe them money for taking the load. I've been a driver for 13 years for the same company when I chose to switch to Eagle logistics, 2 months into this job I now owe them money. I haven't seen a paycheck in over a month. With all of the fees and lease payments backed by terrible loads with horrible pay per mile, I now am going back to my previous company. I'm still teeter tottering between losing everything I own because I've blown through my savings paying for my mortgage, car payment ..Ect. because I haven't made money from them in over a month.

      none,yes none at all. this is a celadon company look up the reviews for them this is a ploy to get drivers to pull there cheap fright. you can get your own loads but only from there brokers then your manger has to approve it. if you do get a good load it will be taken from you as canceled load only to be taken by a celadon driver. i have seen this with my own eyes.

      Cons

      lease to own trucks that are way to high,the used trucks are 92,000$ that are poor condition most will not make 20000 miles,the new trucks are way to high in price at 182,000$ if you are lucky you may get a new truck but dont go to Laredo,TX,or Indianapolis, IN is not much better,but do have new trucks if you are stupid to make the jump you will not make any money. after your first truck payment.oh yeah the reefer trailers are a lie.talked to a few drivers that have been waiting over 3 mo.
