      Good culture, Good pay, talented peers, good reputation and return business, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      The divisions of EAC are very confusing and struggle to separate themselves from the anchor - AgencyEA. wavering commitment to selling the two ancillary arms of the company and refusal to allow business development to sell all of the collective, instead choosing to hyper target the smaller divisions for growth without supplying the roles with the means to gain the high-profile clients that they prefer. No true go-to-market strategy, and constant meetings and re-assessments don't allow for any momentum to be gained

      - Constant feeling of support from coworkers and managers - Internal culture initiatives strengthen relationships between teams and divisions - Plenty of opportunities to branch out and explore other areas of the business that may interest you - Constructive/positive feedback given on a regular basis; allows you to get a pulse on how you're doing day to day which helps immensely - Emphasis on communication and openness, managers and coworkers want you to be honest when it comes to how you're feeling both professionally and personally and will support in whatever way they can - Flexible when it comes to employee's preference of WFH or in-person office work - Unlimited PTO, gives you the ability to take off whenever you want for whatever may come your way - Great benefits (401k, Dental/Medical/Vision insurance, cell phone coverage)

      - Work load can get fairly busy at times
