Pros
Best work environment you can imagine! Lots of support, interesting and challenging projects, variety of work, flexible hours, great co-workers, development, best bosses, good benefits, personal and engaging.
Cons
Not really any jump to mind. It can be a bit crazy and require some multi-tasking, but I've never felt overwhelmed. Not recommended for people who can't handle stress.
