Pros

There are absolutely no pros.

Cons

E3 Local tries to act like an amazing company with amazing opportunities when in all reality, unless you're one of the "lifers", you're easily replaceable. They have a "if you don't like it you can leave" mentality. The pay is atrociously bad, but the president loves to act like culture makes up for it. The culture is non-existent now anyway, so you get terrible pay with no decent perks to make it worth it. The president's only qualification is his friendship with the owner. The president is also a narcissistic misogynistic and loves to only recognize the men and favor a couple in particular. You'll work hard and get zero recognition unless you're male. He loves to play favorites and randomly give out gift cards to those favored (male) people. Not professional at all. Do we even need to bring up the racism behind his son's basketball team at Kings? There is no room for advancement and they don't ever give out any kind of raises or even pay you enough to pay basic bills in the first place. E3 loves to act like some amazing agency bringing in lots of money when in reality, they've been losing all their biggest clients in the last year or so. Oh, and the only consistent people are the "lifers" who are basically better off staying to get their retirement and be done. When people aren't quitting, they're being unfairly fired like it's their fault the company is failing. Management has asked employees to write good reviews on here to get the rating up, but any positive review is a lie. Not too ethical to ask your employees to write reviews in favor of the company for back end perks. E3 will seem like a good place to work but they are consistently losing clients and employees. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to work for E3. Should we also include the building/environment issues? Why not! Every summer the A/C breaks so it's 90 degrees and humid in the office. Then in the winter it's the heat and it's 60 degrees. Terrible, old, worn down office building that the owners refuse to spend money on fixing, but still expect you to come to work, following the dress code, and work your full 40+ hours in unbearable temperatures. DO NOT WORK HERE. I'm surprised they've stayed afloat this long but no way can they last much longer. For a company with around 20 employees, it's astounding how bad the turnover is. Over half have left in the last year (14 I can think of off the top of my head).

Pros

If you like working for a vile human, this is the place for you.

Cons

The president is a complete narcissist with zero leadership capabilities. He degrades his employees, takes zero accountability, deflects and blames. He blames employees and even customers for his own shortcomings. During my time there, he insulted women, insulted new moms, demeaned just about everyone, and used offensive hand gestures with zero regard to how his actions/words affected his employees and the overall environment. Before berating me, he would always preface the onslaught with "I'm a humble, Christian man." as a sad attempt at rationalizing his childish behavior to himself. I do not think he is an emotionally well or stable individual, which is why I left. Oh, and he's racist. He is the coach of the Kings basketball team, which recently gained national headlines for their racist and derogatory uniform and team names. Give it a google.
