      Pros

      I joined E2logy as a fresher as a software developer. I am so glad that they gave me such a good opportunity. All the staff along with manager and HR are very supportive from the first day of joining. Even during the covid time period, they supported every person by professionally and personally. They always understand employees personal problem and helps to make balance for the professional life. It is a very good company to have experience with. You will find support during the work and after the work as well. They helped me to start my new job in USA.

      Pros

      iOS codebase is modern and well structured. Team follows good engineering practices and reviews are thorough. Flexible work schedule is very appreciated.

      Cons

      Mobile team can sometime feel like lower priority compared to backed teams. More involvement in product decisions would help mobile engineers do better work.

      Engineering culture is very strong and people care about doing good work. There is good autonomy to make technical decisions and management trusts the teams.

      Some processes are still being established as company grows. Cross team coordination can be more structured to reduce duplicate work and confusion.
