Pros

Interior is good! The CEO seems cool but being a CEO he cannot work on ground level now and need to depend on their quick contact people which is going to cause him a lot !

Cons

It will make you feel good in the beginning and then the politics will start happening to you. Favoritism - If you are among their favorite people, all your mistakes will get covered. If you are not, every small things (which cannot even considered as a mistake) will be sent to you as area of improvement in a feedback email by keeping the HR and CEO in CC. Politics - Very much. - Even the feedback emails are scripted. - Your appraisal meetings are scripted before they call you. Weak HR & policies - She is a puppet. - She will speak the things taught by the higher authority. - If she doesn't know the answer the reply would be, "It's our policy" Lay offs - Every year, after the annual function or picnic, they do this. - December 2024, they laid off 40+ employees on the grounds of knowledge & performance. (What a joke :D) - Most of the people were not among the favorite ones or their team lead/project lead had to put the blame on someone to justify any escalating project/client. - A project manager working from the last 10 years was asked to leave and they showed it as this was not a lay off! Sugar coated lasts long - Sugar coated people who praises their managers and leads all the time are going to be here. There are many people on the senior posts are doing this and this is how it works since a long. No open door policy - Its just discussed to have this but its not like that. - You are called to discuss your performance without any data points. If you are taking stand for yourself, you are arguing and having a bad attitude. There are 3 to 4 people in client account team, a couple of managers and other developers and employees whose job is to do complaints and constantly speaking negative things about the people who are really doing a good job. And those 2 senior members (having cabins next to the CEO), acts accordingly!

Good communication within team, lots of interesting assignments, low stress, flexibility with remote working.

Cons

No room for growth, I was in the same position for years with no new opportunities even when I asked.

Pros

The office is kept clean and well decorated.

Cons

I worked at this company for approximately one year. In the early months, I performed well, frequently worked overtime, and consistently met project expectations. My efforts were acknowledged at the client level, and I was fully invested in contributing more to the organization. However, after I approached senior leadership and HR to request additional projects and discuss a salary increase, I was terminated within a week. I was laid off along with around 39 other employees, without any clear or documented justification. The only explanation provided was that my “performance was not up to the mark,” which directly contradicted recent positive feedback and praise I had received from the client for my contributions. This pattern suggests that layoffs are not performance-driven but instead part of a recurring cycle. Layoffs appear to happen roughly twice a year, creating an environment of constant uncertainty and fear. Job security is extremely poor, regardless of effort or results. Management selection does not appear to be merit-based. Leadership roles seem to be given to individuals with personal connections to the CEO rather than those with proven skills or experience. There is also a strong culture of internal gossip, which seems to play a role in decision-making and further erodes trust within the organization. Prospective employees should be aware that hard work, overtime, and positive client feedback do not protect you here. Transparency is lacking, performance evaluations feel arbitrary, and long-term stability is questionable. I would strongly advise candidates to think carefully before joining if they are looking for fairness, growth, or job security.
