Pros
As an employee with E2PM for 10+ years I must share how much I enjoy everyone that works in this diverse firm of professionals. From junior level staff to senior level management staff, you get such a range of expertise to grow and learn from. The flexibility within the office has always been the greatest benefit for me personally where there has never been a moment where I was questioned or treated unfairly because of the personal needs I had to attend to. Overall a great place to work with great people and opportunities to grow.
Cons
Internal organization and communication skills could always use improvement. However, this seems to be something that many firms could benefit from and strive for.
