      Some nice people in the company

      Cons

      managers are horrible, very controlling, they don't know what they are doing and they don't treat the employees well. There is a lot of injustice and not fair incidents, but nobody does anything about it. The benefits are horrible and YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR PTO FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

      A dynamic work environment that challenges you to think outside the box and continuously grow. You gain valuable experience in substation and electrical design from highly knowledgeable colleagues. I work out of the San Diego office under Randy Van Ess, and the team is top-rated. It’s a wonderful place to develop your skills, with excellent benefits, and I’m truly grateful to be part of such a great team.
