      Pros

      Great people who are friendly and always make you feel welcome. It's a small family feel in the office. Since its small you often get to work on a few different things which is good when trying to learn more. Great hours and flexible with your personal life obligations.

      Cons

      Not as many resources at your disposal as a larger agency. Since it's a small company its hard to advance unless someone leaves.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Cool coworkers who are nice and friendly. Great working hours and nice life/work balance. Management team cares their employee. It is a good place to learn advertising and DR industry. It is good to start as you could possibly see every aspect of a project.

      Cons

      Little room to grow, limited resource and opportunity to explore new ideas.
